How it's made
At Donburi Kitchen we always use fresh organic ingredients.
The recipes come from the owner Michael, who has 15 years of experience cooking. He uses a combination of different asian style cooking techniques to form the delicious dishes here.
The broth is slow cooked daily from scratch, as well as the tare with no MSG's or preservatives. The noodles are of a medium thickness and curly as this absorbs the broth better.
The Chasu BBQ pork is cooked differently than most ramen restaurants. The pork is braised so it has a rich full flavor, this is a secret traditional recipe from Michael's family.
